So, it’s been like three months…

Today I learned I really suck at keeping up with blog posts. Of course, if you’ve been around any length of time with me, you knew that already. To be fair, or at least my excuse is, I’ve been writing books and I have been pouring everything into writing books for so long both to catch up, and publish on the schedule that you’ve become accustomed to without any hiccups… It leaves no time for things like blog posts.

I’m trying to be better about that. I’m trying to be better about getting out regular newsletters too. Of course, the newsletters will take precedence over blog posts, and so does regular interaction in my Facebook groups – I know, I know, excuses! Excuses abound! Some of them valid, some of them not so much, but I’m trying here. I promise!

All of that being said, I had a book come out yesterday… A Code Blue Call, the sixth book in the Indigo Knights series.

Here’s the cover in case you missed it or forgot what it looks like:

I have the next one on deck and headed back to me from the editor any day now. So keep a watch here, I’ll be telling you who it is and revealing the cover and all that jazz – but for now, let’s focus on what’s new right now.

A Code Blue Call deals with Angel and Claire during some of the darkest moments they’ve had to live through. Dark moments they almost didn’t survive and it’s a topic near and dear to my heart because, hey, I’ve been there.  It’s not a fun place to be, believe me.

I tackled some things writing this book and I think it helped me heal some writing a happily ever after for these two and I hope you’ll agree. I don’t want to give away any spoilers and if you’re here at the blog reading this, you know your way around the website and can probably go check it out from your platform of choice.

For now, I’m going to sign off and get back to writing the stories you guys have come to expect out of me. Real. Relateable. Romance. You know the drill. I hope you enjoy A Code Blue Call enough you feel like sliding me a review. I could use the feedback when it comes to future installments of the series.

For now, much love, have a nice night and hopefully, I’ll be back here before too long.

XoXo,

A.J.
